Wonderful news for our client! Permission for their brand new home is here!

We are so pleased for our lovely client couple who are now able to move forward with the build of their brand new home.

Located along the River Thames and in the quiet neighborhood of Lower Sunbury, the original dwelling had to be demolished due to poor condition. The original house has been in the family for over 50 years, hence the sentimental connection was really strong. The new house modernizes the structure and appearance, allowing for accessible home for the aging couple. Once completed they will be able to use is it regardless the mobility.

The application has been granted retrospectively as the works that had started initially as simple alterations have turned into much complex operation and had to be stopped due to Health and Safety issues with the existing structure.

We are looking forward to seeing the works resume on site and cannot wait to have the project completed in due course.
