Permission for a River Annexe granted!

Another happy client. We are pleased to announce another successful planning application.

Another riverside property to add to our portfolio. Project small in scale but full of character with barn doors and sleeping pod.

The brief was to create a guest annexe with sleeping accommodation in the eaves and the working space below. We came up with an idea of hanging pod to allow for a more spacious feel. The pod finished in dark timber to match large barn doors to the outside, would be seen through the glazed gable wall.

Externally the fabric was to reflect light materials of the main Riverside home, and we have introduced external cladding.
