Planning Alert! Application Granted.

We have been successful in obtaining Planning Permission for double storey front extension and garage conversion to this detached family house in Staines Upon Thames.

We are pleased to announce that the scheme proposal for the two storey front extension and garage conversion has been approved by the local planning authorities at Spelthorne Borough Council.

We are delighted by this news and really pleased for our client, with whom we have had a pleasure to work before.

Front extensions can sometimes be tricky to get permission for due to the impact on of such development on a  street scene. For the very same reason these projects can be extra rewarding for the architect and their team. This is where the efforts of the design team can be, hopefully, admired by many not only our client.
