Original house is currently going through transformation. Completed over two phases, first for the rear extension and reconfiguration of ground floor family spaces and , phase 2, currently under construction, with double storey front extension and reconfiguration of 1st floor. This run down house is becoming truly wonderful family home which will serve our client in the years to come. 

We cannot emphasize the importance of clear client brief and this project is a result of true collaboration between the client, design team and the contractor. The client chose to live at the property for few years to understand their family needs and how to best create the space that will work for all of them and most importantly fit within the budget.​
