Church Farm

Grade II listed property located in most beautiful Laleham Village.  The client's brief was to obtain consent for restoration works to the roof as well as conversion of the existing garage with one bedroom maisonette into self contained 2 bedroom dwelling.

Spacebar Studio put a scheme together for  all of he above with addition of new garage. This creates an investment opportunity for development of the site at the same time preserving heritage assets of the main dwelling. All elements of the proposal obtained planning permission and listed building consent.
