Located on the grounds of the river property was a run down garage used partially for storage and partially for pool room.The brief was to convert the existing building into habitable space ancillary to the main house. The Pod has been designed to be used as an office/ playroom space with guest sleeping accommodation. The annexe features floating 'pod' to make the most of the eaves space as well as space below, whilst making the most of the river views.
